Solutions and Effective Collaboration

Delegates breakout into groups to discuss and identify challenges and solutions to preserve our ocean's environment.

 

Each Student Delegate will bring one (1) idea that he or she will put forward for consideration at the Summit.  The idea may be a proposed solution, a successful project from another country or their home countries.

 

Each Group will present their proposed action plan or project in the afternoon.  Projects will be judged by a Panel of Judges, and prizes will be presented to the three (3) winning teams at the Evening Reception.

Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park Land-based Guided Ecotour


Highlights: Through visiting Hoi Ha Wan Marine Park, students will get to understand the functions and facilities of Hong Kong marine parks, the history of Hakka Village in Hoi Ha, the production of lime in the past in the village, and students will understand more on the importance of mangrove and coral habitats.
